**There are no returns for items in the Bargain Box **
We will happily receive returns for items you are not happy with within 1 week of you receiving the parcel. Items returned to us must be in saleable condition, so please reuse the packaging we sent it in.
We will glady refund you, through the same method you paid, or replace the item.
Postage for both ways on these returns is at the buyer's expense. Any items returned because you are not happy with them received in damaged condition will not receive a full refund. Refunds on these returns will be assessed on a case by case basis and the refund will reflect how saleable the item is. If we need to reduce the price of the item in order to sell it again, the price we choose to sell it at will be the refund we give you.
We are not responsible for damage caused in transit. Please keep this risk in mind when returning goods and consider insuring the parcel with Australia post so that a claim may be made in the event of damage.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for items damaged in transit. Once we post the item, it is Australia Post's duty to get it to you in good condition. If you are in doubt about this we are happy to insure the parcel for you at the extra cost. You can put a note to this effect on the order form before checkout.
Special orders must be paid for up front and there are no refunds or exchanges for special orders.
