Singapore maths level 3 and Australian Curriculum compared
Here we compare Singapore maths with the Australian Curriculum (AC) at level 3. At this level, you will notice more significant progress in the presentation and covering of concepts. The Singapore maths programs, New Syllabus Primary Maths and Primary Maths US Edition, that we compare to the AC are ahead of the AC for multiplication, division and geometry.
The AC teaches giving change when dealing with money which is not included at this stage of Singapore maths.

If a concept is not in the table, remember to check the previous and subsequent levels. Any gaps can be taught by yourself – just remember to include the jargon in your plan or record keeping. You can utilise living books for maths to teach any concepts not covered or that you would like to cover.
